Summer Movies!!!

What was the best movie you saw this summer? What genre was this film? (Look up genre if you do not know the definition!) Why was it such a great movie, and why should I see it? (If I haven't already! I watch A LOT of films...) This response is DUE Friday, September 9th, 2011.

  1. The best movie I saw this summer was Insidious. The genre of this movie was horror. Insidious was probably one of the scariest movies I have ever seen. It was a really great movie to me because it wasn't a graphic type of horror with gruesome scenes, it had more pop out scary parts which I prefer more because I don't like movies that are too visual with violence. I think you should see it because it was really entertaining and had a lot of cliffhanging parts that you wouldn't effect because I sure didn't expect half of it!

  2. Crazy, Stupid, Love was the best movie I saw this summer. The genre of the movie was comedy. This movie was very funny and had an unpredictable twist at the end. Crazy, Stupid, Love was probably one of the funniest movies I have ever seen, and I have seen a lot because funny movies are my favorite. This movie was all based off of one man's marriage ending and all of the crazy things happening in people's lives around him all due to love. In my opinion, you should see this movie because it makes you laugh throughout the entire film and it is enjoyable for anyone.

  3. Training day, i know it is old but it was the best movie i saw this summer the genre was crime, drama, and suspense. I love this movie because Denzel Washington is in it and he played a great role and he won an academy for best leading role and Ethan Hawke was nominated for best actor in a supporting role. It was a great plot and the action scenes were awesome. You should see this because it is a great movie with lots of action and cliffhanging scenes!

  4. The best movie I watched all summer was definitly Insidious. The genre was horror, and almost every scene was a pop out. The whole movie they leave you filled with suspense because you never know what's going to happen next. The ending is so twisted ad surprising. I never thought the ending would ever be like that. The movie is thrilling and exciting at the same time. If you dont like horror you probaly shouldnt watch it! But if you do, it will most likely be one of your favorite movies. It always leaves you confused and not knowing what is going to happen next. I loved it! It was definitly the best movie I watched all summer.

I love the Harry Potter series, so I thought this movie was a great way to end the series. The movie will have you at the edge of your seat. I absolutely loved it, which made it the best movie I'd seen for the summer.
